I have multiple charges on my account but no order
This means your order was declined, but your credit card issuer still requires to reserve the funds. The declined funds will fall off from your account within 2-5 business days, depending on how quickly the issuing bank processes the decline message from us.
Declined charges are the result incorrect billing data being entered at checkout. If you believe the correct information was entered then contact your credit card issuer for further help.
Do you offer discounts?
We will email discounts periodically to customers who subscribe to our emails. Please make sure you favorite our email address to prevent it from going into your spam folder.

Package shows delivered but I did not receive it

How do you ship?
All packages ship via USPS.
Why do I have to veify my age?
Regulations require us to check the age of all those who attempt to purchase from us. Delta products are age restricted, meaning you have to be 21+ years old to purchase.
We cannot allow a sale to minor or let a customer skip age verification as its against the law.
